Ceiling fans – decorative and useful
A strong air flow cools the body. You will find a wide range of powerful and stylish ceiling fans with and without lighting, which can be controlled either by pull switch, wall switch or remote control.
Ceiling fans give you relief especially in summer when the temperature is high
Ceiling fans are also suitable for heat recirculation in winter, as they return the heat accumulated under the ceiling back to the floor area. Our ceiling fans work almost inaudibly despite the highest air performance. Our models will become an ornament of your room.
Almost all of our ceiling fans can be individually adapted to your needs and room conditions by replacement blades in numerous wood colors, add-on lights, ceiling rods in many lengths or by remote controls, step transformers and wall controllers.
Why install a ceiling fan?
Ceiling fans have become increasingly important in recent years, even in Germany with our temperate climate. They have become a tool for a more pleasant living and working environment. They improve the indoor climate, prevent "stale air", provide a fresh breeze and the most important argument in times of high energy costs: they save heating costs.
Which ceiling fan is the right one?
Take some time to choose your device, because in addition to shape and color, and whether with or without a light, there are other important factors that will soon make a ceiling fan indispensable in your home or office. In any case, when choosing the product, pay attention to quality. Starting with the balancing and synchronization of a fan, style and finishing - all factors that are a guarantee of your satisfaction. A decision for a cheap device often comes more expensive than that for a fan that is worth its price in quality and workmanship. For example, all of our ceiling fans have thermal overload protection. This switches off the motor in the event of overheating due to external influences and thus prevents burnout. After cooling down, the motor switches on again.
Why does a ceiling fan save heating costs?
Heated air has a lower specific weight than cold air. Following the laws of physics, it rises and accumulates under the ceiling of the room. This phenomenon is familiar to anyone who has ever stood on a ladder in a heated room in winter and performed work on the ceiling. Thus, a significant temperature difference between the ceiling of the room and the floor occurs. The higher the room, the greater the difference. A ceiling fan with appropriate blade profiltration guides this enormous "heat reservoir" back into the occupied area without drafts. Without additional heating effort, the temperature on the floor is significantly increased. Thus, the device already pays for itself within 2 to 3 heating periods! The savings are fully automatic. Because the thermostats of the radiators recognize the now higher temperature and switch accordingly later to heating mode. If you consider that according to a rule of thumb a 1 °C higher room temperature corresponds to about 6% more heating costs, a lot of money can be saved with little effort.
