TDA heat recovery
Warm air rises to the ceiling and collects there. Anyone who has ever stood on a ladder and worked in the ceiling area will be able to confirm this. In high halls, a lot of heating energy is lost due to this physical principle, because heat in the room is mainly needed on the floor, where people are. Through sensors, a clever control system and very effective fans, this otherwise wasted energy can be harnessed:
The mode of action:
1. Hall heating is provided by warm air generators that blow the warm air towards the floor.
2. Since the heated air has a lower specific gravity than the cold ambient air, it rises into the ceiling area and collects there (horizontal lases).
3.The ceiling and floor controller of the TDA system detects the resulting temperature difference and controls the TDA fans so that the warm air is returned to the occupied area without drafts. After the temperature between the floor and ceiling has been equalized, the control system switches the valve fans off again.
Sensible - In times of ever höher rising energy prices, it makes sense to use every offered in relation to the effort standing Möglichkeit of energy saving. Especially the low initial costs ensure that the TDA system pays for itself within one to 2 years.
Fully automatic - Once set, the fully automatic control TDA-Control regulates the TDA- system völlig without user intervention. It works effectively with any type of heating system, as it operates according to measured room parameters whenever it makes sense.
