TDA in warehouse and production
Wherever products are stored, thermal stratification occurs due to high spaces. Temperature-critical products in particular react sensitively to different temperatures. In addition, insufficient air exchange can lead to mold moisture, which damages goods at risk of corrosion. All this can be prevented with little effort.
In the storage area, heat coatings are undesirable and harmful!
Depending on the type of product to be stored and the nature of the storage area, there are different dangers for the products.
In areas where temperature-critical products (e.g. food) or moisture-sensitive goods (e.g. metal parts susceptible to corrosion) are stored, the TDA system can mitigate these problems. Uniform temperatures from ceiling to floor and sufficient air exchange, which prevents moisture formation in the first place, are thus ensured. Warm air generators are supported in their function.

Production - An enormous amount of heat is also lost in production halls. Basically, the same applies here as in the storage area. As a special feature, however, the air velocity must be limited to a maximum of 0.2 m/second. This is prescribed by the workplace regulations. No problem with the TDA-Control 6 E control unit thanks to the limitable max. speed.
Even deep undercuts are no problem for the function of the TDA system
