Modern central venting units are energy efficient
Central venting units are used for energy-efficient ventilation of apartments or single-family houses. They are installed under the roof, in false ceilings or in utility rooms and extract the stale and polluted air from bathrooms, toilets and fitness rooms. Central venting units create a low negative pressure, which provides for the inflow of fresh air via supply air elements in the outer wall.
The exhaust air of the central venting units can be routed via the roof or through the exterior wall. Optional accessories such as roof hoods or exterior wall grilles are available for this purpose.
Modern central venting units have 2 power levels, so that the air flow can be adjusted to the respective need. Thus, a reduction of the air flow, for example, during the night hours, is possible.
