Filter boxes

Externally supplied air as well as exhausted, polluted air must be cleaned to protect users of the contaminated rooms and ventilation components such as fans and air heaters. Our RohrLuftFilterBoxes are available in ISO Coarse 70%/G4 and ISO ePM1 50%/F7 filter classes. They are suitable for installation in the pipe run of ventilation systems and are available in standard Ø.


ISO Coarse > 90%/G4: Single filter box of with round connection spigot. Fleece made of 8-way rainable synthetic fiber.	ISO ePM1 50%/F7: Filter box with round connection spigot. High efficiency pocket filter, 10 - 14 times washable.	PD500: Pressure differential switch in complete set for Überwachung von Luftfiltern. Adjustable from 50 - 500 Pa. Max. 4 A at 230V ~ 50Hz.

Common features - Housingäuse made of galvanized sheet steel. Lid for revision and filter replacement by means of snap locks to öffnen. Connections with rubber lip seals. The sizes are adapted to the standard pipe sizes. Mounting in any position. For filter replacement, there must be a clearance in dimension "D".
Filter replacement - Cleaning of the filter by washing out must be carried out when the initial pressure drop has approximately doubled. Filter replacement is required when decomposition phenomena occur due to frequent washout. replacement-filters .
