Heating coil (electric)

Cold outside air causes drafts and must be heated before it is introduced into rooms. One way to do this is with our electric air heater. Equipped with a fully automatic temperature controller, inexpensive and powerful, our heating registers of the REHR series offer themselves here.

CAUTION: When using electric heating registers, DIN 57 100, part 420 and VDE 0100 must be observed. It is a suitable volume flowüberwachung (Strömungswächter) and an electrical lock to provide!

Housing - The pipe housing and the connection box are made of galvanized sheet steel. Pipe connections on both sides with a rubber lip seal. Available in standard pipe sizes.
Quality - A closed stainless steel tubular heater with low surface temperature.
Safety - With built-in self-resetting temperature limiter (outlet temperature 50°C) and manually resettable temperature limiter (outlet temperature 120°C).
Control - Our electric heat registers are always equipped with a fully automatic temperature controller. All that is needed for control is a room or duct controller!

The heating coil should definitely be preceded by a filter-box.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Heating coils should be scheduled in the direction of flow after the fan, so that the permissible motor temperature is not üexceeded by the heated Fördermittel. The minimum air volume of the heating register is to be observed to avoid unintentional Auslösen of the temperature wächter.

We recommend the installation of an upstream air filter box to protect against contamination and performance degradation.

The length of the ventilation pipe between the fan and the heating coil should be at least 1 meter to ensure a uniform flow.

With appropriate circuitry, the heaters can be used in groups to reduce the heat output.

Please note the additional pressure loss due to the heating coil.
