Heating coil (hot water)

Cold outside air causes drafts and must be heated before it is introduced into rooms. One way to do this is with our pump hot water air heater for connection to the hot water circuit of an existing heating system. Cost-effective and powerful, our heating registers are offered here

Housing - Galvanized sheet steel housing, with two inspection covers (on the water connection side) for easy cleaning. Pipe connections on both sides with rubber lip seal. Water supply and return pipes with external thread 3/4".
Quality - Air heater with aluminum fins pressed on copper pipe. Operating temperature max. 100 °C. Water side operating pressure max. 8 bar.
Control - PWW heating coils 100-200 are controlled by temperature control system TRW 300, which consists of a 3/4" globe valve, thermostat with remote adjustment, and a remote remote flow controller. In turn, the remote controller can be used as a duct or room controller.

The heating coil should definitely be preceded by a filter-box .

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Heating coils should be scheduled in the direction of flow after the fan, so that the permissible motor temperature is not exceeded by the heated fluid.

We recommend the installation of an upstream air filter boxto protect against contamination and power loss.

The length of the ventilation pipe between the fan and the heating coil should be at least 1 meter.
When installing PWW heating coils, ventilation and drainage must be ensured.

Please note the additional pressure loss due to the heating coil.
