CA ES duct fan series with 0-10 V interface in metal design

energiesparend-Vortice Often the structural situation does not allow to install fans directly into walls or windows. In order to transport air over longer distances through a duct or pipe system, semi-radial pipe fans are used. They have a higher pressure capacity than axial units and, unlike radial fans, allow direct conveying without directional deflection. The CA ES series, made of hammer-blow gray painted galvanized sheet steel, is a very energy-efficient version of this.

Housing - The housing is made of phosphated steel, with extra weather-resistant polyester powder coating, hammer-finished.
Quality - energy-saving, brushless EC motors, two-stage. Ball bearings and thermal overload protection according to EN 60335-2-80 for a long, trouble-free service life of the unit.
Safety - IP44 protection, protection class II, max. fan medium temperature 50°C.
Installation friendly - Installation possible in any position: horizontal, vertical or diagonal. Easy access plastic electrical terminal box with IP44 protection. Mounting brackets are included in delivery. The Förderrichtung is marked by an arrow.

Controls - The CA ES tube fans have a 0-10V interface and can be controlled using speed-potentiometer
Power - The impeller unit with backward-curved blades balanced with the motor ensures high air performance with high pressure stability. Ideal for conveying small to medium air volumes against high pressures.
Environmentally friendly - After the life cycle, all parts can be separated for recycling and are marked according to WEEE regulations.
Accessories - Extensive accessories such as. pressure-side protection grills according to DIN EN 294, pipe-connectors, check-flaps, filter-boxes and PWW- and electric-heating-register and connection-spigots-with-wall-plate complete the system.


The external rotor motor and the impeller are balanced together on the axle.	Installation situation: The intake via ventilation grille, the exhaust directly into the open air.	The mounting brackets made of galvanized steel are included in the delivery.	When used in free operation (protection-grills CA-G), single or double-sided pipe connection.
