CA V0 E duct radial fans plastic

Often the structural situation does not allow fans to be installed directly in walls or windows. To transport air over longer distances through a duct or pipe system, semi-radial pipe fans are used, among other things. They have a higher pressure capacity than axial units and, unlike radial fans, allow direct conveying without directional deflection. The CA V0 E series, made of self-lubricating plastic, represents a low-cost form of these fans.

Design - Shapely, modern industrial design, very compact dimensions. Housing made of white, non-yellowing, self-lubricating ABS plastic.
Quality - Encapsulated, stainless steel ball-bearing mounted three-step motor with thermal overload protection for a long, trouble-free service life of the device.
Safety - Protection class IPX4/ IP44, protection class II, max. Förder mean temperature 50°C (Ø 100, 125, 150, 200, 250) or 55°C (Ø 200 - 315).
Installation friendly - CA V0 E is designed for common pipe sizes. Installation in any position. The protective grille integrated in the intake prevents reaching into the impeller. Mounting brackets included.

Controls - External rotor capacitor motor, speed controllable by means of stepless controller or 5-step transformer. Models V0 D Ø 100, 125, 150 can also be controlled with a 3-step switch TRIO-D (item no. 12866) and models V0 E/Q Ø 200, 250, 315 with TRIO-CA (item no. 12869). If required, the units must be equipped with overtravel relays (see accessories) and accommodated in the external, easily accessible terminal box.
Power - The impeller unit, balanced with the motor, with blades curved in the direction of the blades, ensures high air performance with high pressure stability. Ideal for conveying small to medium air volumes against high pressures.
Environmentally friendly - After the life cycle, all plastic parts can be separated for recycling and are labeled according to WEEE regulations.
Accessories - Extensive accessories such as. pressure-side protection grids according to DIN EN 294, pipe connectors, check-valves, speed-controls, transformers, filter-boxes and PWW- and electric-heating-register and connection-spigots-with-wall-plate complete the system.


Mounting brackets for installation in any position are included.	Clever design: suction side guard grille, motor including impeller balanced.
