Ceiling fans with lighting - fresh air and decorative

Ceiling fans with lighting fulfill two purposes: they save heating costs in winter or provide relief by fresh wind in summer - and they replace the room lighting. Most often, ceiling fans with lighting are installed where previously only a light illuminated the room. Since there is often only one light switch with an on/off function, this places increased demands on the product or control system.

Ceiling fans with lighting can, if present, be switched with two separate (light) switches. Thus, the light can be turned on and off with the light switch, as before the installation of the fan. If necessary, the motor of the ceiling fan is switched on with the second switch at the preset level. If the luxury of 2 switches is not available, then the ceiling fans with lighting can also be controlled with only one light switch, if the fans and the light each have a pull switch. Then the pull switch of the lighting is switched on, the pull switch of the motor remains in the off position. If you now turn on the light switch as usual when entering the room, the lamp under the ventilator will light up. If one needs the fresh wind, the engine is switched on at the pull switch.

If the fan and / or the light does not über train switch, a remote control can solve the problem: It separates an incoming phase into one each for the light and one for the motor. In this case, the light switch always remains on or it is ücked. The control of the ceiling fans with lighting is then done from the handheld transmitter of the remote control, which usually still allows dimming the light.
