Patio heater electric
Infrared patio heaters, which are electrically operated, there are many. Pure quartz radiators, as they were used in the past at the changing table or for the bath, are conceivably unsuitable for outdoor operation. They have already lost 70% of their heating power at a distance of one meter. Only the short-wave radiators, which are characterized by the low influence of air movements, wind and weather on the heat radiation, are suitable for use on the terrace or balcony. With a high range, they generate deep heat, which heats only when it hits bodies and objects. These products, originally developed for industrial processes, have also been available as patio heaters electric for about 5 years.
Their weatherproof design with high IPX4 or IPX5 electrical protection ratings make electric patio heaters a universal means of enjoying evenings outdoors in spring or late summer without worry. In the catering industry, they extend the outdoor season and thus generate some additional sales. Due to the high efficiency of partly over 90%, electric patio heaters are far more energy-efficient than gas heaters in mushroom form. Because these give off more than 80% of their heating power as waste heat upwards.
Very fast heating times, where 90% of the heat output is available within one second, allow the use of mobile heat exactly when it is needed. Installed can be patio heaters electric on walls, ceilings, columns, special mobile stands or on sunshades. Below we show you an overview of our extensive range of radiant heaters, in which you will find the right device for every need.
