Mounting ceiling fans on sloped ceilings with high inclination of the ceiling
Almost all of our ceiling fans with ceiling rod can be mounted on ceiling slopes.
They need in the best case only a longer ceiling rod, so that the wings do not touch the sloping ceiling.
However, this is only possible up to a maximum inclination, which varies depending on the model. You can find the specifications for this in the respective data sheet.
If the angle of your ceiling slopes exceeds the maximum possible inclination, there is the possibility of using an on-site auxiliary construction.
This is usually a wedge made of wood, which you make, for example, your carpenter.
Depending on the ceiling condition, a construction made of metal can also help.
Whether made of wood or metal, the auxiliary construction must be securely and resonance-free attached to the Schräge.
Furthermore must the bracket of the ceiling fan to be securely and firmly screwed to the auxiliary construction.
