C series ATEX
Suitable for use in commercial and industrial environments where a flammable atmosphere due to gases or vapors occurs occasionally or only for a short period of time, e.g., battery rooms, factories, warehouses and workplaces where flammable materials are stored or processed.
Design - Single inlet, compact and direct drive centrifugal fan made of galvanized steel sheet with double anti-corrosive PU coating.
Quality - ATEX certified asynchronous induction motor for environments with explosion hazard, suitable for zone 1, 2 (gases) and 21, 22 (dusts), impeller with forward curved blades;mmten blades made of aluminum with aluminum die-cast hub, statically and dynamically balanced, temperature range in continuous operation from -20°C to +40°C, Constructed according to EN 14986; EN 13463-1; EN 13463-5
Safety - With ball bearing standard motor with ATEX certification II 2G Ex h IIB T3 Gb u. II 2D Ex h IIIC T125°C Db, suction side copper slip ring with galvanized steel wire guard with double anti-corrosive PU coating, metal cable gland für ATEX certified electrical connection, protection class: IP 65, insulation class: I.
Current output - 9 models available in three-phase 400 V ~ 50 Hz.
Installation friendly - Installation possible in any position.
Certification - Certification by IMQ 10 ATEX 029 X (II 2G/D h T3/125°C X Gb/Db)
Controls - The fans of the series C-ATEX dürfen neither by means of speed controller nor by means of step transformer speed controlled. Not reversible.
