CB/CS-ATEX radial fan
Ex-proof radial fans are used in areas where sparks or heating from the motor, impeller or static charge could have dangerous consequences and cause explosions. The CB/CS-ATEX series is suitable for zones 1 and 2 and ATEX certified. Use, for example, in battery rooms, electroplating plants, gas stations and garages, factories, as well as storage rooms in pharmacies.
Design - Single inlet and direct driven centrifugal fan made of galvanized sheet steel, black epoxy coated.
Power - With ball bearing standard motor with ATEX certification, temperature class T4. On request also available in T5 or T6, maintenance-free and functionally stable.
Installation-friendly - Supplied in housing LG 270. The models C-S 350, 360, 370 and 380 are factory-equipped with a motor console. The electrical terminal box is easily accessible.
Three-phase and alternating current - Available in 230 V ~ 50 Hz alternating current version (M) or 400 V - 50 Hz three-phase version (T).
Certificate - Certification by CESI with certificate number CESI 03 ATEX 250. equipment group II, category 2G. Marking: II 2 G EX c IIB+H2 T4.
Power - Impeller with high performance characteristics in aluminum, statically and dynamically balanced, up to 9,100 m³/h.
Controls - The fans of the series CB/CS-ATEX may NOT be speed controlled by means of speed controller NOR by means of step transformer. Not reversible.
Definition of zones: Zone 1: Areas in which the occasional occurrence of hazardous, explosive atmospheres is to be expected. Zone 2: Areas in which the occurrence of dangerous, explosive atmosphere is not or only briefly to be expected. . |
