SystemCool switch cabinet cooling with special switch cabinet fans
Switch cabinets require ventilation to dissipate the heat generated. Since the protection class of the control cabinet, e.g. IP54, must be maintained, not just any fan can be used for this purpose. The devices of the SystemCool system maintain the protection class of the control cabinet by means of special filters in the intake fan and in the exhaust air grille, and still ensure sufficient air exchange.
Design - Appealing, modern industrial design. Housing made of self-lubricating, non-yellowing plastic, color gray (RAL 7032).
Quality - Encapsulated, ball-bearing motor with thermal & overload protection in accordance with EN 60335-2-80 ensure a long, trouble-free service life of the device.
Installation-friendly - Quick (click) installation in square housing cutouts. Body height only 4.5 / 5.5 mm (25.5 mm for size 150). With attached rubber seal.
Controls - Control possible via thermostat SC-TH.
Power - The axial impeller unit balanced with the motor ensures high air performance with high pressure stability. Air volumes free-blowing without filter: SC-A 150 - 100 m³/h, SC-A 250 - 250 m³/h and SC-A 320 - 520 m³/h.
Components - SystemCool consists of 2 components: The fan with protective grille and filter SC-A, the exhaust grille with filter SC-G to comply with the intended degree of protection.

The mounting - mounting frame SY-AR to reduce the installation depth of the fans in the control cabinet frame SC-SF 150 is used to reduce the installation depth of the fan ( only size 150) in the control cabinet. Replacement filter SC-TH for SC-A and SC-G.
Sizing and dimensioning - Based on the selection diagram, a quick sizing of the required product in dependence on max. ambient and internal temperature is possible.
