Manufacturer warranty


Some of our products are marked with the following warranty symbols and have the following meaning:

15-Jahre-Garantie-auf-den-Motor-UebersichtThe manufacturer provides a 15-year warranty on the delivered motor throughout Germany.

 

20-Jahre-Garantie-auf-den-Motor-UebersichtThe manufacturer provides a 20-year warranty on the delivered motor throughout Germany.

 

25-Jahre-Garantie-auf-den-Motor-UebersichtThe manufacturer provides a 25-year warranty on the delivered motor throughout Germany.

 

3-Jahre-CasaFan-Qualitaetsgarantie-blau-Uebersicht3-Jahre-CasaFan-Qualitaetsgarantie-gruen-UebersichtThe manufacturer provides a 3-year warranty on the product throughout Germany.

 

Conditions of the manufacturer's warranty:

- The purchase must be proven by presenting a purchase invoice.
- The consumer bears the shipping costs and the shipping risk to the manufacturer.
- The device may only be returned in transport-safe packaging, preferably in the original packaging.
- In the event of a warranty claim, the manufacturer shall bear the costs of returning the repaired device.

During the warranty period, defects in the product, in the case of ceiling fans in the motor, which occur as a result of material or manufacturing defects, will be repaired free of charge.
Warranty service shall be provided by repair, i.e., at CasaFan GmbH's option, by repair or replacement of parts.
New or reconditioned products and parts may be used for repair or replacement.
If repair is impossible or uneconomical, CasaFan GmbH shall exchange the device for an equivalent replacement device.
Replaced parts as well as exchanged devices shall become the property of CasaFan GmbH.
If warranty services are rendered, these shall neither cause an extension of the warranty period nor initiate a new warranty.

Excluded from the warranty are:

1. any damage caused by improper handling or installation, e.g. failure to observe the instructions for use.
2. damage caused by incorrect mains voltage, insufficient ventilation as well as other reasons for which CasaFan is not responsible.
3. defects due to the use of accessories or controls from other manufacturers that have not been approved by CasaFan.
4. damage caused by use of the device for a purpose other than that for which it was intended.
5. defects caused by lack of maintenance, late replacement or failure to replace wearing parts (e.g. filters).
6. damage resulting from repairs or interventions by the purchaser or unauthorized third parties.
7. transport damages which occurred on the way from the manufacturer to the consumer or during the sending to the service center.
8. accessories subject to normal wear and tear.
9. lamp glasses, filters, (wooden) wings and lamps.
10. consumables (such as batteries, filters, etc.) that need to be replaced during the lifetime of a product.
11. damage and malfunction due to force majeure (overvoltage, lightning, water, fire, etc.).
12. products purchased through remnant dealers or from secondary marketers.
 
Further or other claims are not substantiated by this warranty.
Liability for direct or indirect consequential damage caused by the device is excluded even if the damage to the device is recognized as a warranty case.
The warranty is void if the type plate or the serial number have been removed or made illegible.

Your statutory warranty rights against us remain unaffected. If the purchased item is defective, you can therefore claim against us in any case, regardless of whether the warranty case occurs and whether the warranty is claimed or not.
